Read mixed reviews before our stay but I don't know why. Excellent welcoming reception staff. Roomy comfortable room with large shower. Convenient fairly priced underground car park and only a short drive to the walled town for a meal and to the ferry port. WiFi and breakfast very good. OK so there's no drink facilities in the room but free coffee is available in the comfortable bar. We will not hesitate to return.

The staff are great but they're basically doing the best they can with a badly sited and badly designed hotel. The lack of air conditioning means in the summer you have to open the window, but you can't easily close the curtains if the window is open so you let in the glaring lights and noise from the road at the front of the hotel, or the glaring lights from the car park at the back, depending on where your room is.

The reception was efficient and friendly. Breakfast was great just maybe additional a toaster on the counter will be amazing! However the cleanliness of the bathroom be rate at 6 out of 10. Pay attention on the shower area and the ceiling in the bathroom.

Stayed here for a night before getting the ferry. Staff were really helpful and friendly. 2 joining rooms were great, really clever idea! Breakfast was also good. Parking onsite but it's underground and we struggled as we had a roof box, but the staff sorted it for us. Only downside was the room was hot and we had a balcony that opened on to the road so there was noise from passing cars. Kids had a fan but we didn't. Really enjoyed our short stay though.

A lovely comfortable hotel approx 20 mins walk from inside the walls of St Malo. We had a family room - double bed, sofa bed, bath, shower and toilet. Excellent breakfast and really friendly and helpful staff!

Functional Hotel on the dock front at St. Malo. Easy access to the town and old town and on a safe cycle route to the ferry and surrounding countryside and towns. Very clean, good lager beer, secure cycle parking and pleasant staff who spoke at least English and French. Had a room on the third floor looking over the rear.

Very good ibis hotel. Good location by the quay but a room over the main road is very noisy all night- ask for a room at the back. Very good breakfast inc in the price. Bar. Good restaurant Gourmandause five mins away - hotel provides info on restaurants.

Very close to the ferry port. Secure parking (€13) but tight on maneuvering space. Two Schuko outlets for EV charging (€5). Small rooms. A bit noisy from the busy road outside. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast buffet included in the room rate. No restaurant but snacks available (croque monsieur and cheese tart). Small bar.
